AmeriLife has implemented several training initiatives designed for career agent development.








New Agent Training Classes

Monthly classes are provided with a focus on Medicare and the programs that compliment the federal program. New agent are trained on the basics of Medicare, Medicare compliance, Medicare Supplement insurance, Final Expense insurance, Hospital Indemnity insurance and the sales cycle that supports these products.

New Agent Follow-up Training Classes
Quarterly classes are provided to build upon the field experience and the knowledge gained during new agent training. New product is introduced along with additional sales techniques and ideas.

Bi-Annual Agent Training Classes
Conducted in conjunction with our Steak & Beans Awards Banquet Ceremony, these one-day classes introduce new product training along with practical sales techniques. 

Regular New Product Training
In a coordinated effort with various carriers, regular new product training is provided to all agents on an office by office basis.

Daily Training Initiatives
Training programs are conducted each morning in each captive AmeriLife office. This training is generally conducted by the General Manager of the office and occasionally by the Regional Vice President as well. 

Annual Compliance Training
As it pertains to Medicare Advantage, annual compliance training is coordinated with those carriers that participate with Medicare Part C and D.
