With access to a broad product portfolio that includes annuities, life insurance, long term care, Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans, James is knowledgeable in meeting the needs of today’s seniors and works hard to ensure that his team is as well. Prior to becoming a General Manager, James was a leading agent with AmeriLife & Health Services’ Asheville, North Carolina office. James was recognized for his success as a top producer in finance and insurance consistently for over 10 years. James is a strong believer in the power of knowledge and uses his industry experience to ensure the success of his agents in meeting the needs of seniors. Committed to continuing his own education as well as that of his agents, James annually completes certification courses on Medicare Advantage, annuities, long term care and anti-money laundering with his agents. He also leads two to three hours of ongoing continued education programs each week, along with at least 24 hours of additional training every two years.
