Bob is a strong believer in the power of knowledge and uses his experience to ensure the success of his agents. Committed to continuing his own education as well as that of his agents, Bob annually completes certification courses on Medicare Advantage, annuities, long term care and anti-money laundering with his agents. He also leads two to three hours of ongoing continued education programs each week, along with at least 24 hours of additional training every two years.
